gooey, slightly spicy and sweet.
The pork is sweet enough without sugar. I might put that goop on a corned beef after it has simmered to perfection except that I have a better corned beef glaze:
1 Tablespoon paprika
2 Tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 can pineapple juice
Soy sauce to make it sort of thin and spreadable, cover the meat.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
Next time you're cruising the EC submarine in the Detroit River pull up to the dock in Windsor, and get a rack of ribs at the Tunnel Bar-B-Q.
