I've been going back and forth over all this anti free speech blogger angst deal. While I totally agree that the lefts behavior is f*cking insane and criminal, I still stand by the assertion that you can't ever let them see you sweat. No matter what. Why? Because even if you get your antagonizer arrested and put on trial, it ends up like this.

In Friday’s sentencing, U.S. District Court Judge Timothy Burgess ordered Shawn Christy to spend up to six months at the Scranton residential facility, where a bed will become available in mid-July. Christy wanted to return to his parent’s home, where he had been living until his arrest last year.

“Why can’t I go home now?” he said.

“Because I’m not letting you go home,” Burgess said, prompting Christy to ask what was the judge’s reason for imposing the order.

“It has to do with consequences,” Burgess said. “It’s part of the consequences for your behavior.”

“I understand my behavior, and I understand this is ridiculous,” Christy said. A short time letter, Burgess called for a short recess after blurts from Christy.

Starting to get it now? It doesn't matter if you're right, or even if you win a legal ruling. It doesn't matter if you have truth, justice and the American way on your side. The other side is possessed by unstoppable demons of insanity and hate.

So, it would seem the judge would have been well within his honor's right to uphold the law and sentence this ass clown to a very long and arduous tenure of hard physical labor on minimum rations for an extended period of time.

I mean this goes both ways, and the judge ultimately holds the ability to make this clowns punishment memorable enough to give him cause to re-consider ever doing it again.

Read the article. He's off scott free on probation and time already served. Look at Richard Kimberlin. Dude served 17 years and what did he learn? Only how to be an even more obnoxious a hole once he got out of the big house. There's only one way to deal with these people.

I read it, I know. The judge had his chance and instead of doing his job to enforce both the intent and spirit of the law he simply rewarded their behavior.
