This is just a transparent distraction from the new NIH mandate that all prescriptions filled by Medicare beneficiaries contain an amount of strychnine corresponding to the cost of the prescription.

I haven't gotten anything in the mail...I mean I'm assuming so. Ever since the cops started following me around town I've avoided the post office like the plague. My thinking being that if there's a summons or court order in my mail box, I'd prefer to wait until it's hand delivered.
You don't get summonses, court orders, or subpoenas in the mail. You get one when some grinning cretin hands it to you. He'll have a witness standing a short distance away, watching so he can testify that you were properly "served."
Getting this sort of "service" is much the same as the way a stallion "services" a mare.
