Florida won a meaningless court victory against Eric Holder today. I'm sure the red meat eaters are going nuts with the joymaking and the hoopla. But as I mentioned before, it's meaningless.

Last year, Florida requested access to the Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements (SAVE) database the state could use to identify non-citizens who are registered to vote in the state, but the federal government has yet to grant Florida access to the database.

Did you get that? Florida can purge voter rolls of non citizens. They just can't get a list of who the non citizens are from FedGov.

See, you can get the courts to say whatever the Hell you want them to. Enforcement is always up to someone else. In this case, Holder and Obama.

Point? Once again FedGov assf*cks America. Result? Nothing. People will go out and party.

What's this 'we' crap? I ain't flying back stateside simply to run up on some random FedGov employee with barred fangs and glassy eyes. Come up with a game plan. One that America will sign up for.

Yeah. That's the conclusion I came to as well. It's over.

America doesn't have to sign up for anything, just a single state or more enacting their right to secession via their state constitution is all that's required.

I'll invest in that, and I'm not alone.

No state will seceded. Ever. All that's left is to helplessly watch the destruction of the First Republic and be there to usher in the Second.

One in which literacy tests and I.D.'s are required to vote, breed and to make it past your 18th birthday.

Yea, let me know when the smoke clears and the power struggle vacuum grinds to a halt. Lot's of somebody's are going to want to be top dog in the new Republic.

I don't know which scenario is bloodier, the destruction of the first or installation of the second. All I know is, I'm doing my part to rid the earth of those that were a cancer to the first one.
