No, work in NC got tedious and I left to make the big buxx as a bit wrangling consultant in Sillycon Valley.

My HOA let the golf course lay to waste and they closed the bar, not to mention they failed to dredge the harbor down in Oriental where I kept my sailboat.
I got lucky and scored top dollar on my real estate and built in Florida. I wouldn't go back, still have friends in the area and things have gotten worse since I left.
