I'm not hearing much concern over the brand image. Without that, there is no website.
If, for example, I concluded every e-mail with my South East Asian clients thusly,
I would naturally assume that a decline in orders would follow....no matter how fuggin' funny I thought the clip was.
As a business owner, I have to ensure a comfortable working environment for my fellow workers as well as any savvy consumers with fabulous taste who might be contemplating buying a dozen woolly hats or so. If all those good folks think we're all a bunch of stupid racists obsessed with race and racial jokes, I would naturally assume that a decline in orders would follow.
Unless we rebrand as a bunch of stupid fuggin' racists. Which, in the current political clime, strikes me as an unsound business practice.
Basically what I'm saying is that I haven't seen either one place any merchandise orders.

AB, we need to develop a more marketable racist product line. The obvious mouth-breather racists tend to be few, far between, and have very slim wallets. But bleeding heart liberal racism is rampant, and that group tends to be upper-income and its members like to feel good about themselves by giving money to causes that appeal to them. I'm not quite sure how to tap into that potentially huge money pile but I'm working on it.
