Guns and ammo are useful for both defense and putting food on the table if you live somewhere with game nearby. That includes, perhaps, cats and dogs. I'm also going to get some fishing gear including nets and crab traps. With all the bodies that'll be in the water I expect a crab population explosion. Finally, a medium sized box truck with reinforced bumper to take to the nearest grocery chain area warehouse when the SHTF so I can grab lots of cases of canned goods. Oh, and toilet paper.
