    Massa

Yup. You belong to the government. It OWNS you. In the democrats view, you're all just stupid, ignorant slaves that have to be taught by Unca' Sam how to wipe your behind.

Which may be true for a lot a people, just not the vast teeming majority that comprises this nation.

So good luck with yet another patronizing, racist meme. Courtesy of the demof*ck party.

Thank goodness it was only 0:17 long. The narrator sounds like a freak.

I'm depending on EC for DNC news.

Those fscking jerks have such a low level of self-respect that they identify with the govt after mistaking it for society. They submerge their individuality into the collective. Such people are not only stupid but also cowardly, and they project their cowardice on everybody else. They don't recognize that the fundamental nature of govt is force, can't conceive of disobeying the oh-so-wise govt agents, and think that those of us who are willing to act on our own as responsible adults are insane, or at the very least are sociopaths, because we don't share their degree of self-loathing and timidity.

That was mild. Don't get me started or I might get really irked and stop pulling my verbal punches.

"...they identify with the govt after mistaking it for society."

Finally, after 6 years of doing this, we're finally getting somewhere.

Anyway, it's a Hell of a mistake, confusing FedGov with American society. But it makes sense. Excellent point, old bean. It is my belief that half our political problems in this country are due to many such mistakes.

I idly wonder what the solution...if any...actually might be.

I mean rhetorically of course. Personally, I'd rather fire up the steamroller and simply pave over our nations political differences.

I'm tempted to print this out to remind myself why my family and I get treated so badly when we leave the house. (But not at church thank goodness.)

Thank you AB and AQL. That's a view I've held for many years now, but I don't recall ever stating it quite so forcefully here before last night.

Butler Shaffer has articulated part of this quite well in two of his books, highly recommended:

BOUNDARIES OF ORDER: PRIVATE PROPERTY OF A SOCIAL SYSTEM (Ludwig von Mises Institute, 2009)

CALCULATED CHAOS: INSTITUTIONAL THREATS TO PEACE AND HUMAN SURVIVAL (originally published by Alchemy Books 1985; reprinted by Llumina Press, 2004)

Some of his short article are here at LewRockwell.com.

Edit: Butler Shaffer is a very nice fellow; I've had the pleasure of meeting and talking with him a couple of times. He is much more polite than I am.

Two minutes of hate? Hardly seems worth renting all those venues for only two minutes.
