Willard is no socialist or communist (as those terms are used currently). Willard is, however, a mercantilist warmonger [1], and you can't be a warmonger abroad without being a fascist (in that term's original meaning) at home. Willard is not interested in serving China's purposes. Willard is interested in serving Willard's purposes.
